Hangin' out

With summer ending and my blog just beginning, I figure my first couple posts will have to re-cap one of the most challenging/adventurous summers of my life. I worked part-time as a front desk agent at a hotel, took classes (never have to take math again!!) , vacations, and numerous adventures.

So we will start from the beginning...

Bloomington became a ghost town after classes ended for the year and all the students left to go home for the summer. I stayed here so I could continue my job at the hotel. Luckily some of my best friends were here with me so I had some good company.

Probably one of my better investments has been the two person Eno hammock. I live on IU's campus but also about 5 minutes away from my favorite lake in town. So whenever I had a couple hours of free time I would drive over, set up, "hang out" for a while and take in the view. Even though it took me a couple tries to get all the straps figured out, I think now, by the end of the summer, I've got the hang of it.
